Object of Insurance – The personal interests of the Insured related to harm to their life or health resulting from an insured event occurring within the insurance territory.

Insured Event – A sudden illness, accident, or death of the Insured that occurs during the validity period of the insurance contract while the Insured is staying within the insurance territory.

Obligation of the Insured – The Insured person (or, in case of death, their heir/assignee) must provide evidence regarding the amount of expenses incurred by the Insurer due to the occurrence of the insured event.
