• Construction works – buildings, structures, and other objects under construction; building materials and installations, as well as other property specified in the design and estimate documentation that are the subject or means of construction.

• Installation works – objects under installation, facilities being equipped, and other property defined in the design and estimate documentation.

• Construction site equipment – temporary structures and facilities, warehouses, fences, scaffolding, formwork, engineering structures, etc.

• Construction machinery and mechanisms – bulldozers, excavators, graders, scrapers, road rollers, tamping machines, asphalt pavers, road mills, cranes and hoists, loaders, concrete mixers, pumps, compressors, and others.

• Costs of site clearing and debris removal, if they result from insured damage under the terms of the insurance contract. These costs are those necessary to restore the construction site to a condition suitable for reconstruction.

Additionally, during construction and installation works, insurance for third-party liability and warranty period insurance can be provided.
