Individual enterprise "Çaly" was founded in 2007 in Ashgabat. The founder is a citizen of Turkmenistan Movlam Chalyev. "Çaly" is an individual modern company producing building materials in Turkmenistan. Since 2007, it has been producing Izogam - rolled roofing and waterproofing material of various modifications and bituminous Mastic. Thanks to the laboratory available in the Çaly IP, not only the quality of products is strictly controlled, but also specialists are engaged in research activities, develop promising types of products that are in undeniable demand both in the construction market of Turkmenistan and abroad. A vivid example of this is the bitumen-emulsion mastic ARMAT and the polymer products "LIQUID RUBBER" and the sealant "GARANT" created on its basis. This is a high-tech waterproofing, which successfully replaces the traditional isogam, and has a wider range of applications: - sealing joints in ventilation, air conditioning and sewerage systems (similar to silicone); - filling of expansion joints; - patching of pavement; - waterproofing of pools and other water reservoirs; - anti-corrosion coating of metal, concrete and wooden structures; - treatment of car bodies and bottoms as protection against noise, dust, corrosion, etc. Applying mastic by spraying will not only speed up the process of waterproofing coating by 5-10 times, but will also allow penetration into hard-to-reach places in any direction: cracks, slopes, recesses, etc. Also, for the sake of ease of use, it is planned to produce GARANT sealant in tubes, similar to expensive imported silicone. Mastic is made in liquid form and does not require heating to bring it into working condition. Created on a water basis, the product is environmentally friendly. The SBS-polymers present in the composition not only significantly increase the properties of the product, but also, due to elasticity, increase the service life up to 25 years. All technical indicators of "ARMAT", "LIQUID RUBBER" mastic and "GARANT" sealant significantly exceed the requirements of GOST: adhesion strength - 9 kgf, heat resistance - not less than 105 0С, crack resistance - 15 0С. High adhesion even allows stones to be glued together.

The Izogam produced by the company comes in several types — classic, foil-faced, and gravel-surfaced. The thickness ranges from 2.0 mm to 5.0 mm, and it is manufactured in roll form. Each roll covers an area of 10 square meters. The production pace at this construction material plant is steadily increasing. Equipped with advanced foreign technologies, the factory has the capacity to produce thousands of tons of products per month. Dozens of young workers are employed at the facility. The main raw materials used in production are supplied by the Turkmenbashi oil refinery complex. This modern enterprise has successfully entered the international market with its high-quality products in a short period of time. Currently, “Derwaýys” exports its products not only to the domestic market but also to Turkey, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan . In the future, the company plans to export to European countries as well.
