Civil Liability to Third Parties – The liability of the Insured to individuals or legal entities for harm to life, health, and/or damage to property as a result of an insured event occurring in the course of the Insured’s business activities specified in the insurance contract.
Object of Insurance – The property interests of the Insured, associated with obligations arising from harm to life, health, and/or damage to the property of third parties, in connection with the Insured’s business activities specified in the insurance contract.
Scope of Coverage – Under the insurance contract, the risk of third-party liability may cover:
Harm caused to the life and health of third parties;
Damage to the property of third parties;
Harm (damage) caused to the life, health, and property of third parties.
Insured Amount – The insured amount under the insurance contract is established by agreement between the Insured and the Insurer within the liability limits for each type of risk (harm to life, health, and/or damage to property of third parties).
