Objects of insurance may include residential premises belonging to the Insured (Beneficiary) under the right of private ownership. These may consist of detached residential buildings or apartments in multi-family residential buildings, including all structural components, as well as interior finishes and equipment:
walls and partitions (with wallpaper and other coverings); floors, ceilings, doors with upholstery; window and door frames; glass and stained-glass elements; door handles; locks; electric bells; electrical wiring and meters; plumbing fixtures; heating installations, and other related elements.
Under these Rules, detached houses, residential premises, or apartments located in multi-apartment buildings shall not be considered insurable if they are:
a. officially recognized as unfit for habitation or in an emergency condition;
b. located in areas hazardous for living and threatened by landslides, floods, or other natural disasters, from the moment such a threat is officially declared or confirmed by competent authorities (hydrometeorological service or others) through an appropriate document (act, conclusion, etc.);
c. not commissioned (not put into operation) in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan.
