Insurance of passengers and crew members of aircraft and helicopters against accidents

Insured – a capable individual or legal entity that is a party to an insurance contract in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan, pays an insurance premium and has an insurable interest in the insurance object.

Object of insurance – personal interests related to the life and health of the insured person resulting from an accident that occurs while passengers and crew members are inside an aircraft or helicopter (or other aircraft), as well as during boarding or disembarking.

The insured persons under these Rules are passengers and crew members of air transport.
