Our private company “BAKJAM Söwda” began its production activity in 2009 in Ak Bugday District of Ahal Province. The company started by producing sweet desserts — ice cream in waffle cups and cones, Eskimo bars, family-sized ice cream in containers, ice cream bricks, cakes, and more. Each season, we strive to expand our assortment with new flavors and formats.
Our products, made with modern technology and only natural ingredients, stand out with their bright design and nostalgic childhood taste, successfully replacing imported goods and enjoying high demand among the population.
In 2010, we launched a new line of production — baked goods. We began small, hand-folding pastries. The product quickly won consumer approval, demand grew, and we introduced an automated semi-finished product line. Since then, our assortment has expanded to include pastries, dumplings with various fillings, mini gutaps, and more — and we don’t plan to stop there.
